When it comes to mosquito's, the Bat can be your friend! These little guys eat their weight in a single evening. Normally seen at dusk, Bats will feed till dawn then retreat to their roost. Don't worry, they won't harm you. This Bat House Shelter is constructed from Western Cedar. Water tight, glued, nailed, screwed and calked. The inner baffles and box walls are lined with a 1/4 inch mesh plastic wire to assist the Bat in moving within the box to adjust for temperature comfort. our Bat Box is designed to conform to requirements suggested by The North American Bat Conservation International Society, Austin, Texas. Instructions are included with each Bat House. Environmentally safe, this Bat House will last for years. Suggested hanging height: 10 to 15 feet.
