How to track your order
Enter your order number in the field below. Your order number can be found on your printed reciept or on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
Please note that we are have been processing an unusually large number of orders lately. We want to thank our customers for our growing success.
Our primary goal is to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. We are investigating ways in which to most efficiently update the shipping information which we receive from the manufacturer or distributor (whichever the case may be) to our online order tracking facility. As of now, we are having great difficulties in updating your order tracking information.
Here are the codes and meanings for various order status codes:.
- New - Order has yet to be reviewed by our order fulfillment department.
- In Progress - Fulfillment department has initiated required steps to fulfill your order.
- Complete - Your order has shipped. Tracking information may or may not be available.
- Archived - Order has been cancelled. See notes for reason(s).
- Incomplete - Order not complete or valid. Usually due to cart abandonment or incomplete PayPal payment. In the case of an incomplete order due to incomplete PayPal payment process (customer must return to our site after completing payment in PayPal), our order fulfillment department will verify payment to our PayPal account and adjust the order status to "In Progress"
- Backordered - One or more items on your order is backordered. Check the order status notes for more specific information.
If you need additional order information, then Your best bet is to send us an e-mail message indicating your 18 digit order number and / or the billing name that was used for the order to info@BirdSanctum.com. We will do our best to provide your shipment tracking information as soon as possible.
